This policy explains what personal data AmbitionKit (operated by Manoj R, Bengaluru) collects through ambitionkit.com, and how we use it. We follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- When you buy: your name, email address and phone number, and order details. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
- When you contact us: whatever you send by email or WhatsApp.
- When you visit: standard technical data (device, browser, pages viewed) through cookies, including the Meta Pixel, which helps us measure our ads.
What we don’t collect: your copy of a Google Sheet lives in your own Google Drive. We cannot see what you enter in it.
How we use it
- To deliver your purchase and send access links
- To answer support requests and process refunds
- To measure and improve our ads and pages
- To send you messages about our products, only if you have agreed; you can opt out at any time by replying “STOP” or emailing us
Who we share it with: Razorpay (payments), our email and WhatsApp providers (delivery and support), and Meta (ad measurement). We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it: order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires; other data until you ask us to delete it or it is no longer needed.
Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing kits@ambitionkit.com. We reply within 30 days.
