These terms apply to all products sold on ambitionkit.com. AmbitionKit is operated by Manoj R, a sole proprietor based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (“we”, “us”). By buying a product, you agree to these terms.
1. Our products. We sell digital products: Google Sheets templates, PDF guides and image files. Each product page describes what is included. Nothing physical is shipped.
2. Price and payment. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) on each product page. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
3. Delivery. Access is delivered digitally right after payment, as described in our Delivery Policy.
4. Your licence. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own preparation or use. You may not resell, share, publish or distribute the product, its files or its links, in whole or in part.
5. No guaranteed results. Our products help you plan and organise your work. Results depend on your own effort and circumstances. We do not guarantee any score, percentile, admission, job or other outcome.
6. Independence. AmbitionKit is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any exam body, institution or test-prep company named on our pages, including the IIMs and the CAT exam body. Names are used only to describe what a product is for.
7. Information accuracy. We base our products on publicly available information and label estimates as estimates. Exam patterns and rules can change; always check official sources.
8. Refunds. Refunds are handled as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9. Intellectual property. All product content, design and text belong to AmbitionKit. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners.
10. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
11. Changes. We may update these terms. The version on this page on the date of your purchase applies to that purchase.
12. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
